01Acceptance of terms

• By accessing and using Xecute Pass's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services
• We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• Users are responsible for reviewing terms regularly for updates

02User accounts and responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One person or entity per account - sharing accounts is prohibited
• Users must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Account suspension or termination may occur for violations of these terms

03Payment terms and fees

• Service fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion
• Any fees are shown at checkout before you pay
• Refunds follow each event's own policy. Contact us with your ticket number and we'll check what applies
• All prices are in GHS unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days advance notice

04Platform usage and conduct

• Services must be used lawfully and in accordance with these terms
• Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, or illegal content sharing
• Users may not attempt to breach platform security or access unauthorized areas
• Spam, automated account creation, or bulk operations are forbidden
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations

05Intellectual property rights

• Xecute Pass retains all rights to platform technology and branding
• Users retain rights to their content but grant us license to operate services
• Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted materials is prohibited
• User-generated content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property
• We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly

06Limitation of liability

• Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• Force majeure events excuse performance delays or failures
• Users acknowledge inherent risks in online transactions and events

07Dispute resolution

• These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana
• Informal dispute resolution must be attempted before formal proceedings
• 30-day notice period required before initiating formal dispute resolution
• Disputes not settled informally may be referred to arbitration in Accra under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798)
• Otherwise, the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute

08Privacy and data protection

• Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data
• Data sharing with third parties is limited and clearly disclosed
• Users have rights to access, correct, and delete their personal information
• Cross-border data transfers comply with applicable privacy regulations

09Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

• Closing your account deletes your account data, tickets and credits straight away; payment records are kept without your personal details
• Outstanding obligations survive termination
• Download your tickets and credit history before you close your account

10Modifications

We may modify these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

• Continued use implies acceptance
